At the headquarters of Cuba’s diplomatic mission in Lebanon, Ambassador Jorge P. León Cruz presented the minor Omar Camilo Wakim Ibrahim with the Certificate of Granting of Cuban Citizenship by Birth.

Mayra Nieves Escobar, in charge of consular affairs, proceeded to read Resolution No. 615, whose sole provision establishes the granting of Cuban citizenship by birth to the minor Omar Camilo, which was presented to his parents, Cuban citizen Noha Ibrahim Mehdi and Lebanese citizen Jamal Wakim, both residents of Lebanon.
