Ambassadors of Venezuela and Cuba evoke historical dates of both countries
On April 19 unites the history of Venezuela and Cuba, as was pointed out by the ambassadors of both countries during a ceremony at the headquarters of the Venezuelan Institute of Culture and Cooperation.
