OFFERS CUBAN AMBASSADOR MAGISTRAL CONFERENCE IN GEORGIA

The Ambassador of the Republic of Cuba in Georgia, Alfredo Nieves Portuondo, gave a keynote address at the Diplomatic Academy attached to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of this Caucasian nation.
During his speech he referred to his country's interest in maintaining and increasing social and humanitarian achievements and updated students on the Cuban reality.
In his dissertation, the diplomat highlighted the friendship between both nations and the interest in increasing cooperation between Tbilisi and Havana.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Cuba expresses its deepest concern at and utter rejection of the US president's unilateral declaration of Jerusalem as the capital of Israel, which constitutes a serious, flagrant breach of the UN Charter, of international law and of the relevant UN resolutions.
