Celebrating the 60th anniversary of the CDR.
Wellington, September 28. Although thousands of kilometers from Cuba, in our Embassy we celebrate the 60th Anniversary of the CDR, with a "caldosa", a kind of soup traditionally made with the contribution of all the neighbors. Symbol of unity, cooperation and willingness to face together whatever comes. Cuba is ours.
Cuban President calls to democratize the UN.
Havana, September 22. In his speech to the UN General Assembly, Cuban President Miguel Díaz-Canel said: “It is urgent to reform the UN. This powerful organization, which emerged after the loss of millions of lives in two world wars and as a result of a world understanding of the importance of dialogue, negotiation, cooperation and international law, must not postpone any further its updating and democratization. Today´s world needs the UN just as the one where it came into being did.
The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Cuba intervened at the High Level Meeting of the UNGA.

In his speech at the UNGA High-Level Meeting to commemorate the 75th anniversary of the United Nations, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Cuba, Bruno Rodríguez Parrilla, said: “ The irresponsible conduct of the United States is the greatest danger to international peace and security.
