Cuba and South Africa exchange on bilateral cooperation in the area of Public Works

Pretoria, 30 de marzo de 2022.- The Ambassador of Cuba to South Africa, Enrique Orta González, and the Deputy Minister of Public Works and Infrastructure of South Africa, Noxolo Kiviet, held a fruitful meeting, in which they reviewed the progress of collaboration in the sector.

The Ambassador reiterated the willingness of the Cuban Ministry of Construction to guarantee the continuity of the collaboration and the invitation to participate in the FECONS 2022 International Construction Fair to be held in Havana from April 26 to 29.

Under the bilateral Cooperation Agreement, twenty Cuban technical advisers from the Union of Construction Companies CARIBE S.A (UNECA S.A). provide technical advice in South Africa.
