Cuban Embassy in Seychelles participates in the celebrations on the occasion of the 74th Republic Day

Victoria, 26th January,_The Embassy of Cuba was invited to the programme of activities organized by the Embassy of India in Seychelles, on the occasion of the 74th Republic Day, which commemorates the entry into force of the Constitution of the South Asian country, the culminating moment in its process of independence from British colonialism.

The activities included a cultural evening at the Victoria International Conference Centre, where the Sanjali Centre for Odissi dance troupe from Bengaluru (India) performed classical Indian dances; and the official reception hosted by Indian High Commissioner Kartik Pande's, which was attended by the Minister of Foreign Affairs and Tourism Sylvestre Radegonde, government officials, members of the diplomatic corps and a representative of the Indian diaspora. 

Cuban President Miguel Diaz-Canel Bermudez and Foreign Minister Bruno Rodriguez Parrilla, sent congratulations to their Indian counterparts, on the occasion of such an important date, in which they reaffirmed the will to continue strengthening the ties of friendship and cooperation between the two peoples.
