FOCUS expresses its rejection to the blockade against Cuba

Pretoria, 1 November 2023 - The Friends of Cuba Society organization, FOCUS, expressed its solidarity with the Cuban government and people through a strong statement, in which it also reaffirms its rejection of the economic, commercial and financial blockade imposed by the United States against our country.

In the statement, FOCUS calls on the international community to support Cuba in its just struggle against this cruel and illegal policy, which has weighed on the Cuban people for more than 60 years.

It also calls on the US government to remove Cuba from the list of countries sponsoring terrorism, a list on which it should never have been placed.
