“The country's Constitution is the most important of laws. It is the law of laws or the supreme law of each nation that must be respected and defended by all citizens and institutions of the country.
The Constitution establishes the most important issues of a country, among others, the sovereign rights over its territory and resources, the structure of the State and government and the rights and duties of its citizens.
The centenary of the adoption of its first Constitution is a source of pride and a very special occasion for Mongolia because it marked the maturity and solidity of the nation. On behalf of the President, the Government, the Cuban people and on my own behalf, we congratulate the President, the Parliament, the Prime Minister, the government and the Mongolian people on this important commemoration and we wish them success in their efforts for sustainable development and the well-being of their people.”
