London, 15 March 2024- Yesterday afternoon, the Cuban Tourism Office in the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, together with the tour operator IronTravel and the broker TripLatam, officially launched two direct flights that will start operations from May 5 from London and Manchester to the beach resort of Cayo Coco and the province of Holguín, respectively.
During the activity, the Cuban ambassador to the UK, Ismara Vargas Walter, was present. Also in attendance were several tour operators, specialised press, Cuban businessmen living in the UK, among others.
With a weekly frequency (Sunday), the London-Cayo Coco flight will open this new season on Sunday 5 May from Gatwick Airport in the British capital, while the Manchester-Holguin route will begin operations the following Friday.
