Havana, November 24, 2025.- A delegation from the Free State provincial government, in South Africa, responsible for economic and business matters, is visiting Cuba in order to participate in the 41(st) edition of the Havana International Fair, FIHAV 2025.
The delegation comprises provincial representatives from the following sectors: finance, economic development and tourism, small and medium-sized enterprise development, industrial development, and international relations.
This visit will be an important opportunity to strengthen trade and cooperation ties between Cuba and South Africa, especially with that province, for which they will also develop an extensive bilateral programme in the sidelines of the Fair.
This event will be pivotal in promoting national economic development in the face of global and local challenges, which is why the presence of potential partners such as South Africa is of strategic importance.
