Cuban Ambassador pays courtesy call to the new Minister of Foreign Affairs of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines.

Kingstown, December 9, 2025 — In a cordial and constructive atmosphere, the Ambassador of the Republic of Cuba to Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, Carlos Ernesto Rodríguez Etcheverry, paid a courtesy call to the newly appointed Minister of Foreign Affairs, Foreign Investment, Foreign Trade and Diaspora Affairs, Hon. Fitzgerald Bramble.

During the positive meeting, both officials reaffirmed their commitment to strengthening the historic ties of friendship, cooperation and solidarity between Cuba and Saint Vincent and the Grenadines. Ambassador Rodríguez Etcheverry congratulated Minister Bramble on his recent appointment and expressed Cuba’s continued commitment to supporting key areas such as health care, education and training, sports and agriculture, sectors in which both countries have developed significant collaboration.

Minister Bramble, thanked the Government and people of Cuba for their long-standing support, emphasizing the importance of deepening joint projects that contribute to sustainable development and the well-being of citizens. He also expressed his Ministry’s interest in exploring new opportunities to expand bilateral cooperation and promote investment and trade initiatives that benefit both Caribbean nations.
