Lusaka, February 3, 2026. The Director General of Cooperation and International Organizations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of the Republic of Zambia, Mr. Lubasi Mungandi, received the Ambassador of Cuba, Marileydis Dueñas Morales, accompanied by Ms. Theresa Luswili Chanda, Assistant Director of International Organizations (IO) at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. During the meeting, they discussed matters on the bilateral and international agenda. The Cuban diplomat was accompanied by First Secretary J. Reynaldo Bacallao Madan. (Cuban Embassy in Zambia)
