Photographic Exhibition “Fidel Forever” in Islamabad

Trade delegation meets with Cuban Ambassador
Islamabad, 17 July 2026. A trade delegation from the province of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KPK), comprising businessperson Asif Afridi, a member of the Sarhad Chamber of Commerce, and politician and diplomatic coordinator Nezam Khan, met with the Cuban Ambassador, Damián Cordero, at the embassy.
Cuba and Pakistan call for greater cooperation and cultural exchanges
Islamabad, 17 July 2026. The Cuban Ambassador, Damián Cordero Torres, held a meeting in the capital with Mr Syed Usman Tahir, Adviser to the Federal Minister of the Ministry of National Heritage and Culture of Pakistan, with the aim of exploring ways to strengthen cultural cooperation between Cuba and Pakistan. Usman Tahir is also the Executive Director of the prestigious NiftySphere Institute of Arts and Design.
Cuban Ambassador signs book of condolences at the Embassy of Qatar
Islamabad, 15 July 2026. The Cuban Ambassador, Damián Cordero Torres, visited the Embassy of the State of Qatar in this capital to sign the book of condolences following the death of His Highness Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani, the Father Emir of the State of Qatar.
Director General of the Americas Division receives Cuban Ambassador at the Pakistani Foreign Ministry
Islamabad, 14 July 2026. The experienced diplomat Batool Kazim, recently appointed Director General of the Americas Division, received the Cuban Ambassador, Damián Cordero Torres, on a courtesy visit.
The Director-General was accompanied by Syedah Marriyah Ali, Director for Canada and Latin America, and Deputy Director Aaliya Hassan.
