In its resolution 74/7, of the same name, the General Assembly requested the Secretary General, in consultation with the relevant organs and agencies of the United Nations system, to prepare a report on the implementation of that resolution in light of the purposes and principles of the Charter of the United Nations and international law and will present it to you at its seventy-fifth session.
This document contains the responses of the Governments and the organs and agencies of the United Nations system to the request for information made by the Secretary General on the subject.
