New plans with the Young Professionals Network.

Wellington, June 2. Ambassador Edgardo Valdés met with Katie Andrews, head of promotion and marketing of the Young Professionals Network of the Latin America/New Zealand Business Council (LANZBC/YPN), with whom we have already organized a photo contest on Cuba and the resulting exhibition, which we recently opened.

We agree to systematically exchange information to promote a better understanding of Cuba and YPN activities, and to begin preparations for a trip to Cuba with a tentative date of May 2023.

Photo exhibition at the Cuban Embassy.

Wellington, May 26. An exhibition of photos of Cuba was inaugurated at the headquarters of our Embassy, the result of a contest organized by the Young Professionals League (YPN) of the Latin American New Zealand Business Council (LANZBC) with the support of the Embassy.

The president of YPN, Juan Lara, and Ambassador Edgardo Valdés gave the opening remarks, in which they highlighted the importance of joint work in disseminating information about our region in new and varied ways.
