Liberian engineer graduated in Cuba thanks the island for his training.
Monrovia, January 21, 2022 - The Cuban head of mission Mercedes L. Martinez Herrera received with great satisfaction the Liberian engineer William Wesseh, graduated in Cuba in the specialty of Electromedicine, who had an interesting exchange with the Cuban diplomat on behalf of the Liberian graduates in the Greater of the Antilles.
