The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Cuba expresses deep concern over the unfolding events in the Middle East, driven by the aggressive policies of the State of Israel, with military, logistical, and political support from the U.S. government. These actions have led to a dangerous escalation, further undermining regional stability and security, and provoking a response from Iran.

Cuban youth reaffirm their solidarity with the Palestinian cause.

Cuban youths are leading today a national day of support for Palestine that will last until October 7, the date on which the Israeli war campaign against Gaza began, where more than 41,000 people were killed.

The call, launched by the Union of Young Communists of Cuba on Monday, urges not to remain indifferent and unite in defense of the Palestinian cause, one year after the onslaught on the coastal enclave.

During the week, several activities will be carried out to reaffirm the strong solidarity of the Cuban people with the Palestinian cause.

Cuban Ambassador visits the diplomatic headquarters of Palestine in Copenhagen

Copenhagen, November 15, 2023. The Cuban ambassador to the Kingdom of Denmark, Roger López García, visited the diplomatic headquarters of Palestine in this capital.

During his visit to the Ambassador, Manuel Hassassian, the Cuban diplomat reiterated the solidarity of the Cuban people with the heroic and just Palestinian cause. Likewise, he condemned the genocide that Israel commits against the defenseless civilian population.
