The Cuban Ambassador to the United Kingdom, Ismara Vargas Walter, held a fruitful meeting with the Executive Director of the International Grains Council (IGC), Arnaud Petit, at the organisation's headquarters. The Cuban Embassy was also represented by Soima Méndez Lazo, the First Secretary for Economic and Commercial Affairs.
