Helping Hands Send Hope to Cuba: A bridge of solidarity, aid, and hope for the Cuban people
Port of Spain, May 20, 2026. Representatives of thirteen political and social organizations from Trinidad and Tobago today delivered a donation to the Embassy of the Republic of Cuba, as part of the Solidarity Campaign with the Cuban people launched on March 1.
On behalf of the participating organizations, political leader David Abdulah of the Social Justice Movement (MSJ) provided details about the supplies collected by the Solidarity Movement in Trinidad and Tobago and the Cuba Solidarity Group in the Commonwealth of Dominica.
