The Provincial Government of People's Power of Santiago de Cuba, the Ministry of Commerce and Foreign Investment and the Chamber of Commerce of the Republic of Cuba call for participation in the XIX Edition of the ExpoCaribe 2024 International Fair to be held from June 26 to 29, 2024, in person, at the Heredia Cultural Center. The fair offers national and foreign shareholders the opportunity to share their business portfolios -comprised of products, services and new technologies-, help identify and consolidate commercial interests, as well as promote economic and commercial complementarity agreements among Caribbean countries and with other regions around the world.
ExpoCaribe is a space to attract foreign investment -mainly to Cuba's eastern provinces-, promote exports and import substitution, as well as to close deals in priority sectors, within the framework of the program to update Cuba's Economic Model. Professionalism and competitiveness are the pillars of the commercial commitments between state and private enterprises in times of challenging global economic complexities and the tightening of the economic, commercial and financial blockade imposed by the U.S. government against our country, which requires finding alternative solutions to various problems that may arise.

EXPOCARIBE 2023, Cuba's second commercial exchange, was a benchmark event, with the participation of 29 countries and some 285 companies, including 162 public companies and 43 Cuban MSMEs. It was visited daily by some 6,000 people. Firms from Canada, Italy, Portugal, Holland, Switzerland, Barbados, Grenada, Dominican Republic, Trinidad and Tobago, Spain, Venezuela, Jamaica, Martinique, Panama and Indonesia, which attended for the first time, were represented. Ministers, promotion centers, chambers of commerce and companies from the Caribbean region, Latin America, Eurasia and Africa participated and 192 business meetings were held in various sectors such as health, tourism, agri-food and technology. We look forward to the 19th edition of the ExpoCaribe 2024 International Fair.
