Declaración del Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores de la República de Cuba
La Habana, 22 de junio.- La amenaza de agresión directa de EEUU contra la República Islámica de Irán, alentada por el gobierno genocida de Israel, se tornó realidad, tras los cobardes bombardeos contra las instalaciones nucleares de Fordow, Natanz e Isfahán.
Cuba condena enérgicamente estos graves actos que constituyen una peligrosa escalada del conflicto en Oriente Medio y una violación flagrante de la Carta de la ONU y el Derecho Internacional.
El gobierno cubano reitera su solidaridad con el pueblo y el gobierno iraníes.
Con este irresponsable paso, Estados Unidos secuestra de manera temeraria la búsqueda de la paz regional y arrastra a la Humanidad a una crisis de incalculables consecuencias.
El gobierno de Estados Unidos, al atacar instalaciones nucleares que están bajo el régimen de salvaguardias del Organismo Internacional de la Energía Atómica, viola también de manera grave el Tratado de No Proliferación Nuclear.
Hacemos un llamado, una vez más a la Asamblea General y al Consejo de Seguridad de Naciones Unidas, a ejercer su responsabilidad primordial de mantener la paz y la seguridad internacionales; a la movilización mundial para condenar la agresión e impedir continúe, y a actuar sin descanso para restaurar la Paz, con la urgencia y la determinación que exige el momento.

U.S. aggression against Iran must be stopped
Statement by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Cuba
Havana, June 22 - The threat of direct aggression by the United States against the Islamic Republic of Iran, encouraged by the genocidal government of Israel, became a reality after the cowardly bombings against the nuclear facilities of Fordow, Natanz and Isfahan.
Cuba strongly condemns these grave acts which constitute a dangerous escalation of the conflict in the Middle East and a flagrant violation of the UN Charter and International Law.
The Cuban government reiterates its solidarity with the Iranian people and government.
With this irresponsible step, the United States recklessly hijacks the search for regional peace and drags Humanity into a crisis of incalculable consequences.
The U.S. government, by attacking nuclear facilities under International Atomic Energy Agency safeguards, is also in grave violation of the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty.
We call once again on the General Assembly and the United Nations Security Council to exercise their primary responsibility for the maintenance of international peace and security, to mobilize globally to condemn the aggression and prevent its continuation, and to act relentlessly to restore Peace with the urgency and determination that the moment demands.
