Terrorism continues to be a serious challenge for the international community. It cannot be eliminated if double standards prevail, manipulation, political opportunism, and selectivity.
There is no good terrorism and bad terrorism. Terrorist acts are crimes against humanity. It is necessary to respond to this phenomenon in accordance with norms and principles of the international law.

El terrorismo continúa siendo un grave desafío para la comunidad Internacional. No podrá ser eliminado si prevalecen dobles raseros, la manipulación, el oportunismo político, y la selectividad para hacerle frente.
No hay terrorismo bueno y terrorismo malo. Los hechos terroristas son crimines de lesa humanidad. Es necesario responder a este fenómeno con apego a los principios y las normas internacionales.
