Courtesy meeting between the Ambassador of Cuba and the Head of the External Relations and Protocol Sector of the Bibliotheca Alexandrina

The Ambassador of Cuba in Egypt, Tania Aguiar Fernández, held a courtesy meeting with the Head of the External Relations and Protocol Sector of the Bibliotheca Alexandrina, Dr. Sherif Riad, in the framework of a working visit to that governorate of northern Egypt.

During the meeting, the historical ties of friendship between Cuba and Egypt were reviewed and issues of common interest were addressed to strengthen cooperation between both countries.

The meeting was also attended by the Deputy Director of the External Relations and Protocol Sector, Noha Omar, Counselor Dennis Casares Benítez and Third Secretary Jorge Mazón Rodríguez, both officials of the Embassy of Cuba in Egypt.
