Cuban Ambassador and Permanent Secretary of Foreign Relations hold meeting

Kampala, September 27 - Cuban Ambassador Antonio Luis Pubillones Izaguirre, held a friendly and productive meeting with the new permanent secretary of the Ugandan Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Mr. Vincent Bagiire. The occasion was propitious for both officials to review aspects of bilateral relations and cooperation, and underlined their willingness to work together for its strengthening.
