Kampala. Al filo del mediodía del 23 de marzo la Honorable Jessica Alupo, Vicepresidenta de la República de Uganda, recibió a la Embajadora Tania Pérez Xiques, lo que constituyó una nueva oportunidad para intercambiar sobre las relaciones bilaterales entre Cuba y Uganda.

Kampala. On the morning of March 22, Ambassador Tania Pérez Xiques was received by Ambassador Godfrey Kwoba, Head of the Department of Political Cooperation of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of the Republic of Uganda.
Both diplomats evaluated the current state of the bilateral agenda, highlighted the significance of the reopening of the Ugandan Embassy in Havana and ratified the political will to continue advancing in bilateral cooperation programs.

Kampala. En la mañana del 22 de marzo la Embajadora Tania Pérez Xiques fue recibida por el Embajador Godfrey Kwoba, Jefe del Departamento de Cooperación Política del Ministerio de Asuntos Exteriores y de Cooperación Internacional de la Republica de Uganda.
Ambos diplomáticos evaluaron estado actual de la agenda bilateral, destacaron el significado de la reapertura de la Embajada de Uganda en La Habana y ratificaron la voluntad política de continuar avanzando en programas de cooperación bilateral.

Bujumbura. El 16 de marzo la Embajadora de Cuba Tania Perez Xiques fue recibida por la Dra. Sylvie NZEYIMANA, Ministra de Salud Pública y de Lucha contra el VIH/SIDA de la República de Burundi.
En el encuentro evaluaron los desafíos enfrenta el sistema de salud de la nación africana y las históricas y más recientes experiencias cubanas de cooperación médica en el continente.

Bujumbura. As part of the visit program to Burundi, the Honorable Gelese Daniel NDABIRABE, President of the National Assembly of the Republic of Burundi, received the Ambassador of Cuba Tania Perez Xiqués at the headquarters of that institution.
During the meeting they agreed to work on strengthening the parliamentary relations of both countries, as an important contribution to the 50th Anniversary of diplomatic relations to be held in February 2024.
