Ulaanbaatar, January 26, 2017. - The Colonel of the Armed Forces of Mongolia, Mr. Usukhbayar Gelegjamts, Director of the Center welcomed the Cuban Ambassador Raúl Delgado Concepción during a visit in which the tradition and discipline of teaching more than 10 sports specialties practiced in that institution since its foundation in 1946.
Founded 70 years ago and with many medals among the athletes trained in the Center, the visit give the possibilities to know that wrestling, boxing, archery and weights are the most prestigious specialties that have contributed to the Olympic and World medals of Mongolia.
The visit of the Ambassador of Cuba also made it possible to address opportunities for sports exchanges, technical assistance, sports medicine, and participation in events and competitions in both countries.
