The Ambassador designate of the Republic of Cuba, Alain Pérez Torres, presented copy of Credentials to H.E. Abdullah Ali Al-Yahya, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Kuwait.
During the ceremony, both parties reviewed the state of bilateral ties and ratified the will to continue expanding them in sectors of mutual interest. The Kuwaiti Foreign Minister recognized the significant contribution of the Henry Reeve brigade in the fight against Covid19 in Kuwait. For his part, the Ambassador thanked Kuwait for its historic support for the Cuban Resolution with the Economic, Commercial and Financial Blockade imposed by the United States.
The Kuwaiti Foreign Minister wished the new Ambassador success in the performance of his duties and offered the support of the country's authorities in achieving his objectives.
