Ambassador pays a courtesy call to the Minister of Communities

Georgetown, April 20, 2018. Ambassador Narciso Reinaldo Amador Socorro was received on Friday by the Hon. Mr. Ronald Bulkan, Minister of Communities of the Cooperative Republic of Guyana.

During the visit the Minister referred to the historic bonds of friendship and cooperation between Guyana and Cuba and explained to the Cuban diplomat the structure and functioning of the Ministry of Communities.

The Ambassador thanked the Minister for the explanation and expressed his commitment to work for the strengthening of relations between Guyana and Cuba, as well as the willingness of the Embassy and Cuban health and education collaborators to support the work of the Ministry of Communities.
