ANC Secretary General reaffirms solidarity with Cuba

Cape Town, 20 July 2024 - The African National Congress (ANC) Secretary General, Fikile Mbalula has stressed in an interview that international solidarity remains a priority for the party, including the support for Cuba in its just struggle against the US economic, trade and financial blockade.

He identified the Palestinian, Sahrawi and Cuban causes as the party's foreign policy priorities, saying: "We will not stop until the Palestinian people are free, until the Sahrawi people are free, until the blockade against the Cuban people is lifted."
