In commemoration of the 50th anniversary of the fall of Che and guerrilla comrades in Bolivia, the Embassy of Cuba in Denmark held an activity to pay tribute to them on October 9th, which included the screening of the documentary "A photo travels the world", made by Pedro Chaskel. Likewise, a photographic exhibition of different stages of the life of the Heroic Guerrilla was inaugurated and it will be exposed during the month of October in the Embassy of Cuba in Copenhagen.
The Cuban Ambassador to Denmark, Yiliam Gómez Sardiñas, highlighted the legacy of Che for the new generations and stressed the validity of his anti-imperialist thinking and his example as a revolutionary who has been a model followed by all those in the world who stand for just causes. The event was attended by the Ambassadors of Bolivia, Venezuela, among other diplomats, as well as members of the Danish-Cuban Association of Friendship, the 3F-Copenhagen Union, Cuban residents and other friends who paid tribute to Che and expressed their solidarity with the Cuban Revolution.
