Nigeria, September 19, 2023.- The Cuban ambassador in this country, Miriam Morales Palmero, and her Zimbabwean counterpart, Maxwell Ranga, held a meeting this Tuesday, in which they highlighted the excellent state of bilateral relations.
The moment was favorable to address issues of common interest, and they also discussed regional and international current affairs. The exchange took place in a cordial atmosphere, reflecting the relations between both countries. Ambassador Maxwell Ranga conveyed his admiration for Cuba and what the thoughts of Fidel Castro and the blood shed during the struggles for the liberation of the African peoples meant for African countries.
The Cuban Ambassador thanked Zimbabwe for its support on the stages of the United Nations General Assembly and the African Union, denouncing the unjust blockade policy imposed by the United States against Cuba.
