Kuwait, February 25, 2017.The President of the Councils of State and Ministers of the Republic of Cuba, General of the Army Raúl Castro Ruz, congratulated the Emir of the State of Kuwait, Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah,for the celebration of the Kuwaiti people in their National Day.
The Army General also sent congratulatory messages to Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, Crown Prince of the State of Kuwait, and Sheikh Jaber Mubarak Al-Hamad Al-Sabah, Prime Minister of the State of Kuwait.
For his part Bruno Rodriguez Parrilla, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Cuba, sent a congratulatory message to his counterpart, Sheikh Sabah Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Sabah, First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Foreign Affairs of the State of Kuwait.
