Canberra, September 19, 2022 - Last Friday, September 16, Spanish Language Day was celebrated at Radford College, one of Canberra's primary schools.
The activity, which was attended by representatives of the diplomatic missions of Latin America accredited in Canberra, was the perfect setting for each country to show its culture.
The Cuban embassy, represented by Liuba Montano Rubio and Ivianes D. González Llanes, First and Third Secretaries, respectively, had the opportunity to take the fifth graders through a theoretical and practical class of Cuban rhythms.
The students enjoyed the dance while at the same time they exposed the facts they knew about Cuba. In addition, they had the opportunity to acquire knowledge about the country and the main attributes that distinguish Cuban culture.
