The Cuban Ambassador to Canada, Héctor Igarza Cabrera, held a working meeting with Victor Fedeli, Minister of Economic Development, Job Creation and Trade of the province of Ontario.
During the meeting, the parties reaffirmed the willingness to advance in projects of mutual interest and to identify potential sectors that allow a greater rapprochement between the province and our country. The parties agreed on the importance of taking advantage of all the opportunities offered by Ontario due to its fast population and economic growth.
The Cuban side was also represented by Jorge Yanier Castellanos Orta, Consul General in Toronto, while the Canadian side was represented by Anthony Farrow, Senior Advisor to the Minister.
