Cuban Ambassador to Canada met with Raymonde Gagné, Speaker of the Senate of Canada

Rodrigo Malmierca Díaz, Ambassador of Cuba to Canada was received by the Honorable Raymonde Gagné,  Speaker of the Senate of the North American country.

In a cordial atmosphere, both figures exchanged on the good state of bilateral relations, which will reach their 80th anniversary in 2025. The occasion was also propitious to highlight the existing potentialities to promote the links between both nations, especially in economic, commercial and parliamentary matters.

The Cuban diplomat signed the visitors' book and in the afternoon session was recognized in the Senate plenary.

Ambassador Malmierca Díaz was accompanied by Dany Tur de la Concepción, Second Chief of Mission.
