Cuban Ambassador held meeting with Director General of ICCR in India.

The Ambassador of the Republic of Cuba to India, Alejandro Simancas Marin, held a cordial courtesy meeting with Kumar Thuin, Director General of the Indian Council for Cultural Relations (ICCR), a center of relevance in the country for the development of India's external cultural relations.

During the exchange, the Cuban diplomat conveyed the interest and need to strengthen cultural ties between Cuba and India. Proposals were evaluated to promote the training of Cuban specialists of the Panchakarma Center in Havana, in topics related to Ayurveda and yoga. The possibility of creating an Indian Cultural Center in Cuba was also evaluated.
