Cuban Ambassador participates in academic event on foreign policy.

Dunedin, July 3. On July 2 and 3, Ambassador Edgardo Valdés attended the 55th edition of the School of Foreign Policy of the University of Otago.

With a long tradition, this is one of the most prestigious academic events in the country.

Under the theme "New Zealand's foreign policy in a post-COVID era," interesting discussions were held with the participation of the Foreign Minister, Hon. Nanaia Mahuta, academics, and diplomats from various countries.

It was an opportunity to network, learn about New Zealand's foreign policy, and present our positions on some of the issues discussed.
