Cuban Ambassador participates in Mass in Honor of Commander Hugo Chavez.

Dominica, Roseau, March 5, 2016. Cuban ambassador to Dominica, Juan Carlos Frómeta, participated in the Mass celebrated in this capital in honor of the 4th anniversary of the death of Commander Hugo Chavez. At Mass, officiated in the Church Our Lady of Fatima, also participated the President of the Commonwealth of Dominica, S.E. Charles Savarin, members of the Cabinet of Government, of the Diplomatic Corps, as well as resident Dominicans.

During the Mass, young Dominican musicians performed Venezuelan songs, some of them appreciated in life by Commander Chavez. Venezuelan ambassador Hayden Pirela signified the legacy left by Commander Chavez, while thanking the presence of foreign and Dominican guests.
