NIGERIA, November 6, 2018. The Cuban Ambassador, Carlos Trejo Sosa, received the Second Vice-President of the Chamber of Commerce, Industry, Mines and Agriculture of the South-South Coalition, Indutimi Komonibo.
The meeting allowed an exchange of information where visitors were updated on the different areas in which Cuba works and specialized as in biotechnology, epidemiology and disease prevention. In addition, mention was made of the application of the US blockade in some sectors of the Cuban economy and its extraterritorial nature that reaches third countries that trade with the Caribbean nation. The visitors thanked the information provided, as well as the meeting given and presented a decoration to the Head of the Cuban Mission.
Also present, on the Nigerian side, the Secretary and Business Analyst of the Chamber, a representative of the Chamber's office in Abuja, among others; on the Cuban side, the Second Secretary of the Cuban Embassy.
