Today in the afternoon, the Ambassador of Cuba, Mario Alzugaray, attended the New Zealand Parliament, to sign the book of condolences opened on the occasion of the terrorist attacks that occurred in Christchurch.
The Cuban diplomat reiterated the message made public by Foreign Minister Bruno Rodríguez Parrilla a few hours after the tragic attack was known, echoing Cuba's condemnation of all terrorist acts, methods and practices.
Few days ago, President Miguel Díaz Canel also sent a message to Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern, where he expressed his deep sorrow over the loss of human lives and transmitted his heartfelt condolences to relatives and friends of the victims.
