Cuban ambassador visited supportive friends in Amsterdam

The Hague, September 17, 2023. The Cuban Ambassador to the Netherlands, Anet Pino Rivero, visited friends Ira and Harriet Goldwasser, a Dutch couple with a long history of cooperation and solidarity with Cuba.

It was a meeting with exciting stories about admiration and love for Cuban culture and for the history of the Revolution. The Ambassador, together with the Counselor of the Embassy, learned about the work of the Cuba Culture Foundation, which they runned for more than 20 years and whose fundamental purpose was the promotion of cultural exchange between Cuba and the Netherlands.

The numerous visits to the Caribbean island and his meetings with personalities of Cuban culture were also mentioned in the exchange.
