This agreement aims to establish and strengthen cooperation in the areas of information, research activities and training programs, without being governed by commercial criteria.

Likewise, it also plans to work together in areas related to teaching methods and consult each other on issues like the teaching of foreign languages, in addition to developing collaboration in scientific research, through exchanges of publications, experience and invitations of specialists to workshops, symposiums and conferences.

In a pleasant dialogue prior to the ceremony, Dr. Al-Omrani assured that with the signing of this program the conditions would immediately be established to begin a promising collaboration between the respective diplomatic academies. In this sense, the Ambassador expressed that the Cuban Embassy in Riyadh is in the best disposition to receive any proposal or initiative from the Saudi educational center.
