CUBAN CHILDREN, RESIDENTS IN SAINT VINCENT AND THE GRENADINES, PARTICIPATED IN COMMEMORATION OF THE 140TH ANNIVERSARY OF THE PROTEST OF BARAGUÁ.

The Cuban children, residents of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, participated with their parents, Embassy officials, collaborators and Vincentian personalities, in commemorating the 140th anniversary of the Baraguá Protest, one of the essential pages of the country's history, which defines many of the distinctive features of the Cuban nation: rebelliousness, firmness, courage and fidelity to principles.

Attentive to the narration of the events that surrounded the great historical event, the representatives of the youngest generation of Cubans in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, not only restricted themselves to listening, but took an active part in the program.

The child Michel Enrique Israel played Major General Antonio Maceo during his meeting with General Arsenio Martinez Campos in Magos de Baraguá.
