Cuban Head of Mission attends Annual Message ceremony.

Monrovia, February 1, 2023 - At the invitation of the Speaker of the Liberian Parliament Honorable Dr. Bhofal Chambers, Cuban Chief of Mission Mercedes L. Martinez Herrera attended the Annual Message ceremony of the President of the Republic of Liberia to the 6th Joint Session of the 54th Legislature.

This was President Weah's last address to the nation in the 6 years of his current term.

The important event took place at the Capitol in Monrovia and was attended by Government officials, members of the Diplomatic Corps and other personalities.
