Cuban Head of Mission holds meeting with one of Liberia's women leaders.

Monrovia, December 2, 2023 - Cuban Chief of Mission Mercedes L. Martinez Herrera had an excellent exchange with one of the leading women in Liberia, Yvette Chesson-Wureh, who is a Member of the Association of Women Lawyers of Liberia, Initiator of the establishment of the Women's Situation Room, Coordinator of the Angie Brooks International Center for Women's Empowerment, Leadership Development, and Co-Chair of ECOWAS International Peace and Security.

The cordial meeting highlighted the role of women in the face of current world problems and the participation of women in the Liberian electoral process.
