Monrovia, December 18, 2020 - This morning, Cuban Chief of Mission Mercedes L. Martínez Herrera held a virtual meeting with Liberian Foreign Minister Dee Maxwell Kemayah. In said meeting, the most relevant events for Liberia during the current year were highlighted.
This meeting was the last exchange of the year that the Liberian Chancellor will have with the members of the diplomatic corps based in the country.
The Liberian Minister thanked the support received from the international community during this difficult year for Liberia and for the world in general. He added that he hopes to continue counting on our support and updated on the development of the senatorial elections and the national referendum that took place in the country last December 8.
