Cuban vicepresident Gladys Bejerano signed a Condolences Book in Havana on the passing of former Prime Minister of Trinidad and Tobago, Patrick Manning.
On the morning of Thursday, July 7, at the headquarters of the Embassy of the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago in Cuba, the vice president of the State Council, Gladys Bejerano Portela, on behalf of Cuban Government, signed the Book of Condolences open to pay posthumous tribute to recently deceased Patrick Manning, former minister of Trinidad and Tobago.
The vice president conveyed his condolences to the Government and People of Trinidad and Tobago and to the relatives of the former president. Mrs. Bejerano also reaffirmed the strength of bilateral historical ties between Trinidad and Tobago and Cuba. The Cuban leader was accompanied by Rogelio Sierra Diaz, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs and other officials of the Cuban Foreign Ministry.
