Kuwait, May 1, 2017.The Emir of Kuwait, Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah sent a message of condolences to the President of the Councils of State and Ministers, Army General Raul Castro Ruz, for the tragic An accident on Saturday, April 29, of an AN-26 aircraft belonging to the Revolutionary Armed Forces, In which eight soldiers on board died, including crew members.
