Indonesia, January 17, 2017. Ma'ruf Cahyono, General Secretary of the Indonesian People's Consultative Assembly, welcomed Nirsia Castro Guevara, Cuban Ambassador.
During the meeting Cahyono expressed his satisfaction with the good results of his visit to Cuba with the President and other members of the Assembly last June, as well as the attentions received. He stressed the good level of exchange that exists between the Consultative Assembly of the People of Indonesia and the National Assembly of the People's Power of Cuba, as well as the existing potentialities. The Ambassador reiterated the will of Cuba to deepen the relations between the two consultative bodies and in other areas such as economic and trade links and social and cooperation projects.
