Gerardo and Rene visited Karl Marx’s grave and memorial library

UNITED KINGDOM, July 10, 2016.- Cuban heroes Gerardo Hernandez Nordelo and Rene Gonzalez Sehwerert, paid tribute to the great world thinker of the proletariat, Karl Marx, whose remains rest in his grave at Highgate Cemetery in London. Materializing the opportunity for the two worthy representatives of the people of Cuba to show respect for the one who called for the unity of the proletariat.

Both Cuban antiterrorists unveiled a photograph of Commander in Chief Fidel Castro at the Karl Marx Memorial House, which had been presented by the Cuban Ambassador to the United Kingdom, Teresita Vicente Sotolongo, present on this occasion.

In their speeches, Cuban heroes stressed the need to continue fighting for a better world.

Gerardo and René were welcomed by Simon Renton, director of the memorial, and Meirien Jump, administrator of the library and school for the house workers where the two heroes learned about the work that Lenin carried out in that place for the drafting and distribution of the newspaper "Spark" (Embacuba UK)
